These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. 
On occasion, your order may be out of stock. In this event, becs-uk.com will notify you via email with the status of your order. If the expected delivery date of the item is within 30 days, becs-uk.com will place your order on backorder and notify you when it ships. If you wish to cancel your order while on backorder status, please inform us by e-mail at cancelorder@becs-uk.com by giving your order number. If the expected delivery date of the item is greater than 30 days, becs-uk.com will notify you that the order has been cancelled due to an out of stock status. All notifications will take place via email.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment can be made by any method specified in our Payment Options section.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch via PAYPAL payments. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request.
Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 10 days.

Protecting Customers from Fraud:
becs-uk.com take every effort to protect the customer from the possibility of fraudulent use of their credit or debit cards.
Our fraud prevention system actively scans orders for attempted fraudulent transactions. If we have any doubts on the transaction(s) we may contact you to reconfirm the order and payment by telephoning or email. We may require certain details to validate the payment.
If becs-uk.com suspects that there is possibility of fraud then the goods will NOT be dispatched and order may be cancelled.
becs-uk.com has a policy to work closely with the Police and supply all information that may lead to the prosecution of anybody who attempts a fraudulent purchase of goods.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be made within 3-5 working days from clearance of payment.
Delivery should be achieved within thirty (30) days. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable and time for delivery will not be of the essence. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control.
Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Delivery charges are for Mainland United Kingdom.

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with the product you purchased. However, it may be necessary to return your product to us if the product you purchase from this website is not suitable for your requirements. Please ensure that you follow Returns Procedure instructions for returning a product to avoid a delay in processing your return. 

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, inform our Returns Department within 30  days of purchase for credit or refund. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee.

You the Customer are solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. You must contact becs-uk.com by e-mail or in writing should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods and/or delivery discrepancies within 48 hours of your delivery being made. 

You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

When sending a return to us, you are responsible for the safe carriage of the product back to us (except where the product is faulty when we will arrange for collection of the product). We can, however, arrange to have the product collected, which will involve a charge payable by you. The exact charge for collection will be confirmed to you when you obtain your Returns Authorisation Number from our Returns Team at returns@becs-uk.com
To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please contact Returns Team. returns@becs-uk.com Returns will not be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers will expire after 10 days, and the item will not be accepted if it is returned after that timeframe. Please include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write directly on the manufacturers box).
You should return any product to us via a suitably insured means based on the value of the product. This means that the full value may be recovered by you if the product is lost or damaged. You should retain any receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them. 
Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days from the date you tell us of a product return and refunds will not be issued until the product has been received by us in its original or delivered state. 
Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method.
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds payments will be made only in the way the original purchase was paid for. If you use a credit card then that credit card will be refunded. If you paid by cheque you will be refunded by cheque.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers or store partners, becs-uk.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months. 
This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

If you are a business or if the products are used wholly or in part for business purposes we will not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Advertisers and Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the becs-uk.com Site complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material. 

These Terms cannot be altered or suspended, permanently or temporarily, without the written permission from becs-uk.com.
These conditions are subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
